Antrix is a wholly owned Government of India company under the Administrative Control of Department of Space (DOS).

Antrix is fully compliant with the provisions of the companies act and the Guidelines issued by the Department of public enterprises on Corporate Governance applicable to Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

The day-to-day management of the Company is headed by the Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD). The Antrix board, which comprises of 12 directors, provides the overall policy and guidance. The Board is ably supported in the decision-making process by the various sub-committees viz., Audit committee, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Development (CSR & SD) Committee, Investment Committee, Board Level Purchase Committee, etc.

The Business Verticals of the Company are managed by senior techno-managerial personnel with wide knowledge and experience in relevant areas.
