- International Ground Station helps a user to directly download the data at their Ground Station.
- When a user is having a Ground Station, it would be enabled with certain hardware and Software, so that the station can directly receive and process data and generate the data products.
- Advantages of having IRS-International Ground Station
- Direct downloaded of data and hence near real time data availability.
- User can give the tasking requirement and it is imaged on priority and downloaded to the user ground station
- User can generate different data products
- User can disseminate the data to any number of users.
- For continuous data requirement, it is ideal to establish IGS for IRS satellite.
- Initial investment would only for Hardware and Software at a reasonable price. Further, based on the access, user needs to pay only the access fee.
- If the user does not have a ground station, Antrix can build a Data Reception Ground Station for the user at his premises on Turn-key basis.
